Our Original Gear GOTCHA! Smart ID collars are the perfect daily companion for you and your doggo. With these creative designs you turn every sidewalk into a runway and you are sure to be your hoods' eye catcher. Our collars not only score with their unique designs, but also set completely new standards in terms of safety and comfort.

Each of our collars has its own GOTCHA! tag with an individual QR code. In our exclusive and  free-of-charge GOTCHA! Lost & Found App you can create a profile for your pup and be sure that the finder who scans the tag receives all the information needed to quickly reunite you. In addition, you can see the finders´ GEO location in the app and set off straight away.

All collars are made of a robust polyester; side printed with unique designs and the soft, quick-drying, supple neoprene on the back. Due to the choice of materials, the collars are ultra-light and particularly comfortable for your dog to wear. They also have a safety ring that prevents them from escaping while the collar is being put on and taken off. The size is infinitely adjustable thanks to the slide.

1. Is the collar a tracking device? 
   No, the GOTCHA! Tag is not a tracking device. Tracking devices are much bigger, heavier, need batteries and cost additional fees.
    
2. How does the GOTCHA! Tag work? 
   There is an individual QR code on every tag. You can save all necessary information (your contact, your dogs name/allergies/cammands aso.) in the GOTCHA! App and whenever your dogs GOTCHA! Tag gets scanned the finder will have access to all informtaion you added and you will see the finders GEO location in the app. 
    
3. How do I wash the collar best? 
   Machine wash, 30° C, no tumble drying

• Delivery in Germany is FREE for purchases over Euro 29.90. For other orders, Euro 4.90 shipping cost will apply.

International Delivery

• Standard delivery inside the EU is FREE for purchases over Euro 50.00. For other orders, Euro 9.90 shipping cost will apply.
• Standard delivery for the rest of the world is Euro 20.00. Please notice that a minimum order value of Euro 50.00 is required.

DELIVERY

We're happy to accept your return; however, return shipping fees are not covered and will need to be paid by the customer. In cases of incorrect or faulty deliveries, we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
